Inspired by the forests, waterfalls, rocky streams, wildflowers and sunsets that make Warren County feel like home, this design is our way of welcoming visitors — and a couple of very special new residents soon to call Warren County home.
With two woodland trolls tucked into an enchanted Pennsylvania forest, the artwork celebrates the sense of discovery that comes from wandering somewhere familiar and finding something completely unexpected.

Welcome to McKean County
There's a certain kind of magic you understand when you've spent enough time in McKean County.
It's in the early morning fog hanging over the hills, the sound of a creek running through the forest, and those evenings when the sun drops behind miles of green and everything gets just a little quieter. This design was inspired by that version of home — rugged, welcoming, and always worth exploring.
From Bradford and Kane to Smethport and Mount Jewett, McKean County is full of places that each have their own story. Around here, a day can mean hiking or biking through the Allegheny National Forest, casting a line, paddling the reservoir, exploring back roads, or following the trail out toward Kinzua Bridge State Park. The Mount Jewett-to-Kinzua Bridge Trail, local trail systems around Bradford, and the forests surrounding Kane give you plenty of reasons to keep wandering.
And there's plenty beyond the trail. Bradford carries the history of Zippo and Case, Smethport has its historic streets and Hamlin Lake, and Kane has long been one of those places where the forest never feels very far away.
Our Welcome to McKean County design brings all of that together in one slightly enchanted corner of the Pennsylvania Wilds — towering evergreens, rocks, running water, wildflowers, a glowing sunset, and a pair of woodland residents who look like they've been calling these woods home for a very long time.
For the people who grew up here, came back here, chose to make a life here, or simply keep finding reasons to visit, this one feels a little like an inside joke with the forest:
